“Conversations” is an A.I. technology that is meant to connect car buyers to a dealership in an entirely new way. What’s exciting is that this method allows customers to discuss sales and service options at any time of day and for however long they wish.

  • Say hello to Ana Bot. Ana is a virtual secretary who can schedule appointments, provide directions, quickly figure trade-in estimates, provide personal offers, and much more. All these things are done through online chats that can even be had through your phone.

  • Outbound texting. This is an advanced messaging system that allows the dealership to speak directly to the customer through text.
